Prakash Raj admits that he has suffered around Rs.70 lakhs loss from his first joint venture production and debut direction in Kannada ÂNaanu Nanna KanasuÂ. The filmÂs earning is reach in nook and corner of Karnataka. ÂI have the film of my taste is the total satisfactionÂ, he says.
ÂAs on August 31 accounts I have verified ÂNaanu Nanna Kanasu from 125 screening three theatres in Karnataka resulted in loss. I have the capacity to control. The scene will be different in the coming two films in Kannada from Duet Movies out of the seven movies I have planned for the coming months. The loss in the coming five years would be very little I know as the increase in earning the audience goes up in the coming daysÂ.
ÂDoing lot of commercial films screaming, shouting getting bashed up I could have earned. This is what the people want. I did not do it in Kannada for my first venture shows my strong grit and determinationÂ, expressed Prakash Raj.
At the 125 days event of ÂNaanu Nanna Kanasu Prakash addressing the good gathering called upon the audience not to keep away the quality films. ÂI would do this type of quality films again and again. I have the complete satisfaction of working with this team. There are many memorable moments from this film and new meaning has come to my lifeÂ, he quipped.
Ramesh Aravind, Sithara, Hamsalekha, B Suresh and Shylaja of Media House Productions, the technical team and other artists of the film ÂNaanu Nanna Kanasu received the mementoes. A sapling tucked memento was welcomed by everyone.
ÂEven my recent film ÂInidhu Inidhu has not earned bumper for me. But the topics of the film I Âwanted to put before the audience from my banner. That has happened convincinglyÂ, feels Prakash Raj.
